Leyan is the name behind the vision of using movement to serve the people around me and thus do something good for myself and my environment.
I want to serve with what I love to do and with which I have experienced healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
This includes Thai-Yoga-Massage, yoga, meditation, animal athletics, wild plants, self-defense, knife throwing, activism, education, music and sign language.
I was born in Munich in March 1991 and have lived there ever since.
For more than 10 years now, I have worked as an educator and live out a vision that is characterised by celebrating uniqueness and compassion for one another.
I have always been very active and fascinated by various traditions, religions and customs, including Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, shamanism, as well as various styles of yoga and martial arts.
Always searching for the one truth, I came to the conclusion that there are many paths that all lead to the same goal - peace in all areas. However, the basis for this is health and strength. Being outside, exercise, meditation and a fresh, vegan diet as well as making music, singing and dancing together keep me physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy.
I think life has so many wonderful things to offer and I believe we all come into this world with a gift. Finding the balance between this give and take is an important aspect of my existence. One of the ways for me to express gratitude, love and devotion is through Thai Yoga Massage.
I firmly believe that touch and movement are a deep basic need of all beings and with the right intention can only be healing. In addition, I believe that we are all energetically connected and all come from one big family. Whatever we do good for ourselves, we also do good for all the beings around us.
In a treatment or a lesson I lead, I am concerned with establishing a connection from heart to heart, as this is the only connection I truly believe in, even if it means neglecting conventions.
I also make sure that everything I do is fun and that I am aware of the constant change in everything and every moment.
Creating poetry together - that is my goal.
I would like to thank a few people because they have actively contributed to making me who I believe I am today.
